SMC 2020 will take place at the Cox Convention Center in downtown Oklahoma City.

Each campus is assigned to one of the many amazing hotels in downtown OKC, all within walking distance of the Cox Convention Center. Your registration cost covers your hotel stay.

StuMo Conference is for college students. Whether you are seeking God for the first time or looking to be challenged to take the next step in your faith, StuMo Conference is for you

WHAT IF STUMO ISN'T ON MY CAMPUS?

No worries, you’re still invited! We would love to have you join us. If you have a friend at a StuMo campus, feel free to join them during their campus’s activities. 
 

WHAT IS THE COST OF SMC 2020?

SMC is only $299! 
Check with your StuMo campus for any special discounts. ​

WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION COST COVER?

Price includes three nights in an amazing hotel, parking, conference access and materials - not to mention exclusive access to one of the largest dance parties in Oklahoma!
 
Food and transportation to and from the conference are not included.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR TRANSFER MY CONFERENCE FEE TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Tickets purchased for SMC 2020 are non-refundable. Tickets are transferrable to another individual at any time. We thank you in advance for not asking for exceptions.
 
TRAVEL

HOW DO I GET TO SMC? 

You choose! We’ve had people drive in, fly, and even take a bus. Most campuses work ahead of time to set up carpools for those attending SMC. If you have a specific request, feel free to ask one of the staff at your campus!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? 

Each campus is assigned a specific check-in time for the conference, ranging from 4:00pm – 7:00pm on January 2nd. Those details will be sent out closer to the conference. 
 
The conference will conclude at noon on January 5th. 

WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE? 

Yes! Parking is included in the cost of the conference. Details for the exact lot you can park in will be sent out closer to the conference.
 

WHAT IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER? 

With SMC being January 2-5, inclement weather is always a possibility. Our hotel contracts do not allow cancellations last minute due to inclement weather, therefore, neither can we.  
 
If you are traveling from out of town/state, please be aware of any weather conditions on your route.

WHO WILL I ROOM WITH? 

We want to make sure you have the best possible experience at SMC, including rooming with your friends! That’s why we put the staff at each of our campuses in charge of rooming assignments.

WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE ITINERARY? 

The conference is full of amazing speakers and interactive experiences, but a specific itinerary will not be distributed before the event. The schedule is unique to the event, and schedules are subject to change. 

CAN I SET UP AN EXHIBITOR SPACE FOR STUMO CONFERENCE 2020? 

We appreciate your interest, however, we do not offer exhibitor space at our event.
